Overview of Admin Gradebook Reports

This lesson will show you how to access Gradebook Reports from the Administrative level.

1. Progress Reports

1. Progress Reports

This follows the same process a teacher would to generate a progress report from a gradebook, the only difference is that administrators will have access to all teacher's gradebooks.

1. Click on Gradebook.

2. Select Progress Report.

3. Under Student Options you must select a site (If you have access to more than one) and then filter by Visibility (Student Groups), Department, Teacher, or Course.

4. Grade Filters- You can chose to filter by a specific value of the grades to be shown. For example, if 'greater than or equal to 75%' is chosen, only grades greater than or equal to 75% will show up on the progress report.

5. Grading Period- Select the grading period you would like to report on.

6. Display Options- This is all optional customization you can select based on how you want information grouped and named.

Group Gradebooks Together- This is for Elementary Progress Reports, it allows you to group all of a teacher's gradebooks onto one report.

7. Select View Report to see a preview of the report in our browser, or select Download PDF to print.

1. Click on Gradebook.

2. Select Grade Search.

3. Student Options- you have the option to select a site (If you have access to more than one) and then filter by Visibility (Student Groups), Department, Teacher, or Course.

4. Input the lowest and highest percentages you are searching for.

5. Select what Grading Period you want to search.

6. Select Rostering Active As Of date.

7. Click Run.

A list at the bottom will generate with Student ID, Last Name, First Name, Teacher, Gradebook, Score Last Updated, Percentage, Mark, and Grading Period.

1. Click on Gradebook.

2. Select Class Grade Report.

3. Under Student Options you must select a site (If you have access to more than one) and then filter by Visibility (Student Groups), Department, Teacher, or Course.

4. Follow the same steps as above, steps 4-6.

4. Assignment Report

1. Click on Gradebook.

2. Select Assignment Report.

3. Under Student Options you must select a site (If you have access to more than one) and then filter by Visibility (Student Groups), Department, Teacher, or Course.

4. Follow the same steps as above, steps 4-6.

5. Spreadsheet Report

1. Click on Gradebook.

2. Select Spreadsheet Report.

3. Select the user whose gradebook you would like to view.

4. Click Load.

5. Gradebook- Select the gradebook you would like to view.

6. Show Inactive Students- Chose Yes/No.

7. Click Load.

A spreadsheet of the current gradebook will show up with student ID, name, grade level, period, course name, mark/percentage, and assignments.
